This panel offers a striking contemporary representation of the Crucified Christ with Mary and the Beloved Disciple. A reproduction of a painting found in the Crypt Chapel of The Archabbey Church at Saint Meinrad by Father Donald Walpole. The ready-to-hang, solid wood panel features an attached facing and a brief biography affixed to the back. Gift packaged with a 3" x 5" prayer card that features the artwork on one side and the "Three O'Clock Prayer" on the other. 7 1/4" x 10 3/4".

For more than 40 years, Fr. Donald taught art in Saint Meinrad College. In addition, his artwork has been in demand in parishes throughout the country. He is well known for his paintings and mosaics with a religious theme.
